Room Hire

Below the shop, in our historic listed building, Treadwell’s has an 18ft × 17ft room available for activities such as group meetings, classes, lectures, workshops, etc. The room is well-lit, cosy and atmospheric, with access to a kitchen and lavatory and having facilities for smokers.

The room capacity works out roughly as follows:
35 people, seated theatre style
28 people seated in a circle
18 people seated at a tables, conference style

Schedule of Prices:
• Daytime Mon – Fri (10am – 5.30pm)  £75 + VAT
• Daytime Sat – Sun (10am – 5.30pm)  £85 + VAT
• Evening Mon – Sun (6 – 10pm)  £40 + VAT

Payment is required in advance. VAT is 17.5%.

Some groups wish to have an ongoing booking, as they meet regularly. In this case, we will make bookings for three months at a time. If you or your group have an unusual requirement please contact us and we’ll be glad work something out to accommodate you.
