About The Event
In the witches' wheel of the year, the Beltane is an important holiday, kept alive downt the centuries as May Day. It is dedicated to passion, pleasure, spells of good fortune, and even seeing the fairies. Tonight explores the way witches see this time, and how they mark it. The first hour is an illustrated talk with discussion. The second hour is a hands-on session in which participants will work on their own piece of seasonal folk magic. Everyone takes home what they have made; all supplies are included. Tutor Rebecca Beattie brings fifteen years of experience and teaches with a warm, inclusive style. Costs £20 includes all supplies. Note: this is a repeat of the same class held on Monday 20 April.
