Spiritual Leadership for Magical and Pagan Groups - Course

Katie Gerrard's online course explores spiritual leadership over the course of four sessions. It is aimed at people  considering this role, and for those looking to hone their supportive abilities within an existing group. Running magical groups, leading public rites, and hosting spiritual community events are all rewarding roles, but they demand different skill sets, distinct from those used on other parts of one's life.  Through the course, Katie will give guidance on assisting group members to reach their spiritual potential, on creating a group egregore whilst avoiding common pitfalls, on working with altered states within an open environment, and on holding space. Katie Gerrard is a witch with over twenty years’ experience leading magical groups, hosting public rituals, and mentoring individuals in their spiritual paths. She has written several books and often facilitates workshops.
