Maiden is the first of a three-part witchcraft publication, Sabat, which hit the ground running and became an instant sensation, a young, feminist, and creative celebration of a new generation of the craft. It is a beautifully produced and empowering journal for younger women. Each issue of the journal features articles, art, fashion, photography, fairy tale and rebellious women. The Maiden issue includes contributors ranging from the much-loved Pam Grossman, the photographer Rik Garrett, and the artist Fay Nowitz. Sabat combines first-class writing with gorgeous photography and design. It is is both a resource and an objet d'art in its own right.
