SOLD OUT Imbolc Witchcraft

Imbolc Witchcraft

Evening Class – Rebecca Beattie

Sold out.

In the witches’ wheel of the year, Imbolc is marked on the night of 31 Jan and the day of 1st Feb, and is a revival of the Celtic festival  honouring the goddess Brigit. It correlates to Candlemas, and has strong associations with the returning of light and creativity.  Tonight explores the way witches see this time of year, and how they mark it, and gives participants an chance to learn and experience an important element of pagan witchcraft, first-hand. The first hour is an illustrated talk with discussion. The second hour is given over to working hand-on piece of Imbolc seasonal folk magic. Everyone takes home what they have made; all supplies are included.

Tutor Rebecca Beattie brings over a decade of experience; she is much-loved for her highly-informed approach which she combines with a warm, inclusive style. Rebecca is a Wiccan priestess who apprenticed in her tradition and who brings years of lived experience to her teaching.
