Learn to Read Tarot (Major Cards) – Course

London based? We invite you to study tarot at Treadwell's in person.

Delphine Leblanc leads this foundational course over four weeks, in classes that are interactive, fun and well-structured. She guides beginner students through the deck's 'major arcana', the 22 cards representing the large power archetypes. This course can be taken before, after or alongside a study of the 'minor arcana' (the 56 remaining cards). By the end of the course, everyone will be able to do simple tarot card readings.

Runs on Wednesday evenings: 7pm – 9pm (dates: 15th, 22nd, 29th, of May and then 5th of June). This course uses the classic deck of modern esotericism, namely Rider-Waite (now often called Rider-Waite-Smith), created 1909 by magician Pamela Colman Smith. Delphine Leblanc started reading in her teens, and brings deep knowledge of the symbolic language of tarot. Her expertise, while grounded in practice, is more widely informed by cross-cultural esoteric studies, a degree in comparative religion and an accomplished professional life in the business world. Beloved for her warm style, her classes always have something playful in them, and never leave participants behind.
