In the final episode of this series, Amy Hale is joined by shamanic artist Kate Walters and College of Psychic Studies curator-archivist Jacqui McIntosh to discuss the role of altered states and mediumship in contemporary artistic practice. The conversation also explores how the art world’s reception of mediumistic and alternative-consciousness work has shifted over time, and whether these changes have created a more open environment for making and interpreting such work.
