About The Event
This full day explores psychedelic states, with insights from both traditional entheogenic cultures and modern neurological research. Julian Vayne teaches and leads the group hands-on, in effective techniques including shaking, spinning, dancing, drumming and breathwork - these can be focussed with intentions for change, and thus deployed in magic. Discussion on the benefits and pitfalls of employing psychedelic substances is also part of the day. Suitable for both experienced practitioners and newer explorers. Max 16 attendees. Note: group chanting and other practices pose risks for unvaccinated or vulnerable individuals.

Julian Vayne is an occultist over 35 years’ experience. His work is informed by chaos magic, and by lineages in Wicca and Tantra. A regular workshop leader and speaker, he is also a co-organizer of the psychedelic conference Breaking Convention, and he sits on the board of The Journal of Psychedelic Studies.
