Rune Magic

What are runes? How do we use them for spellcasting? How can we tell if a rune in a reading is well-aspected or not?

In the first of this pair of two hour workshops you’ll learn the basics of the Elder Futhark so you can continue your studies with a firm foundation. You’ll create your own set of rune-cards and learn how to do divination with them.

In the second workshop you’ll how to sing runic spells and how to create bindrunes.

This workshop is part video exploring the runes in the natural world, part live discussion with the tutor and part practical. You will recieve handouts in advance of the workshops, as well as access to videos for review after the workshop. You will need 24-plus pieces of card, of about A6 size (postcard size) and a red marker pen.

Dave Lee is a magician, breathwork coach and writer. He has studied the Northern Mysteries for decades and was recognized as a Master in 2005 by the foremost Northern esoteric organization the Rune-Gild for his book Bright From the Well. He is also a leading light in the Chaos Magic organization the Illuminates Of Thanateros.
