Scrying - Practical Magic Workshop

Scrying is one of the oldest forms of 'seeing the future' or getting messages. In this workshop in the 'Practical Magic' series, Rebecca Beattie gives a background on how to practice, leads a guided meditation to help participants enter a deeper receptive state, and teaches her two favourite methods of scrying: with water and ink, and with mirrors and candles. Everyone attending will come away with a taster experience, some pointers on how to do it in their own time, and two techniques that they can practice with. Rebecca brings almost two decades of experience in hands-on magical practice; she is much-loved for her highly-informed approach, which she combines with a warm, inclusive style. She is a Wiccan priestess whose lived experience informs her teaching; in her daily life she is a published author and a charity-sector professional. 

To join in if you wish: bring a drinking glass or a bowl of glass or silver; some water, some milk, a little bit of washing-up liquid, a candle, some ink or food colouring, a mirror.
