In this online interview, longstanding occultish Christopher McIntosh discusses his lived experiences in this alchemical environment. To celebrate the launch of his new book, The Call of the Old Gods, he shares reflections and anecdotes, narrating his encounters with a welter of magical groups led by larger-than-life personalities. Our director Christina Oakley Harrington asks the questions and provides prompts as he shares how the course of his life was shaped by them. Expect a lively conversation on one of the most vibrant magical periods, from one who lived through it.
Christopher McIntosh is a British-born writer and historian, specialising in the Western esoteric traditions.
