Rebecca Beattie is a long-established practitioner of Western magical methods; she is a Wiccan priestess of almost twenty years' standing, a friendly tutor, and an engaged mentor. In her research life, she is an author with a doctorate in Creative Writing, having researched modernist writer Mary Webb.
