Full Moon Magic in Capricorn – Sound Bath (Series)

An evening of hypnotic tones and meditation dedicated to the full moon as it culminates in the astrological sign of Capricorn.

Held in person at Treadwell's with Nicole Bettencourt Coelho (they/them), the night opens with a visualisation to create a dream-like state, enhanced by incenses. The group then enters a lunar sound meditation of gongs, crystal bowls and shakers, before practising a sound magic technique. Finally, each participant is assisted to create their own movement talisman so the signature of this energy can be called into the body.

Please dress comfortably and bring a blanket as you will be lying down for up to 40 minutes. Please also bring a notebook to write about your experience afterwards.
