New Moon Magic in Aries – Sound Bath

A ritualised evening of sound meditation dedicated to the new moon as it moves through the zodiacal sign of Aries. 

Held in person at Treadwell's, the night opens with a hypnotic visualisation to enter a dream-like state, enhanced by incenses. It then moves into a lunar sound meditation of gongs, crystal bowls and shakers. Finally, the group ceremoniously creates a lunar tincture at the altar (with the option to take some home for use in personal meditation).

Please dress comfortably and bring a blanket, as you will be lying down for up to 45 minutes. You can also bring a notebook to write about your experience afterwards.

Nicole's sound bath series is dedicated to the new moon – container and vessel, pulse of time, the guide through the ways of change, transformation and dream. Each session offers a direct encounter with the zodiacal energy through which the moon is moving at the time.

Nicole Bettencourt Coelho is a musician, sound therapist and sound artist with an interest in semiotics, ritual forms and queer magic. Their work explores sound and visualisation to effect transformation in the context of trance.
