Priestess and Witch: Thorn Mooney & Rebecca Beattie in Conversation

Join us for a lively conversation with Thorn Mooney and Rebecca Beattie as they discuss their lives in the Craft. The American and the Brit will compare notes on what it means to walk the path of priestess and witch - telling the stories of their routes into Wicca, coven work, how their dedicated vocation has formed their lives (both inside and outside the tradition). They will also share elements of their personal magical practieces.  A Q&A follows the conversation and questions are warmly welcomed. Join us!  

    Thorn Mooney is a witch of more than twenty years and a high priestess of a Gardnerian coven. She holds graduate degrees in religious studies and English literature and has worked as a university lecturer, public school teacher, academic journal manager, tarot reader, writer, and musician. Rebecca Beattie is a Wiccan priestess in the Gardnerian tradition, and her esoteric life informs her work in the world. A regular Treadwell's tutor,  Rebecca is multi-faceted; she has a doctorate in creative writing and by day she holds a senior position for a large London charity.
