Qabalistic Pathworking - Introductory Talk and Meditation

Pathworking is the practice of imaginatively and clairvoyantly traveling the paths on the Tree of Life, a glyph of the inner worlds central to hermetic qababah, a system of magic which arose in the Italian Renaissance out of (but distinct from) Jewish kabbalah. The practice was was used by Dion Fortune, the Servants of the Light, and the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. Suzanne Corbie, bringing five decades of experience in the practice, first gives a talk explaining the system and the techinique, touching lightly on its exciting history.  She then leads a couple simple preparatory exercises before leading the group on a guided pathworking together.  This is a rare opportunity to work experientially in the Western Mystery tradition with a longstanding occultist.  Suzanne Corbie is a has been involved in esoteric traditions for 47 years. She has worked in many fields: as a carer for the elerdly and terminally ill, as a fundraiser for charities, as a media producer, as head of a radio station, and as a professional tarot reader.  She is a priestess in the Wiccan tradition.
