Rune Magic and Ceremony
Afternoon Class – Andreas Kornevall
This afternoon intensive is dedicated to the traditions of the runes; attendees will learn to cast, pray, offer and stain them. In addition, the tutor will share the stories of the gods and goddesses connected to this tradition, so there will be readings, poetry, storytelling, trance journeys and music (galders). The day concludes with a ceremony dedicated to the first witch of the world, the goddess Freya. All are welcome regardless of experience, sexuality, cultural background, or ethnicity: Treadwell’s is warmly and enthusiastically inclusive.
Andreas Kornevall has a long working life in ecology, mythic studies, and Northern traditions. He returns at our invitation.
