About The Event
These two evening classes are an in-depth exploration and explanation of the phenomenon of trance, what it is, how it works and how to do it more effectively. In this workshop, Mark will cover various theories of trance, the ideomotor effect, self-induction techniques and what to do if you can’t make your mind be quiet.
