Working with the Elements: Water and Phlegm

The concept of the four elements dates back to Ancient Greece and beyond. Twinned with the theory of the Four Humours, they remained part of science down the millennia, woven into elemental workings of magicians, physicians and alchemists. They fell out of currency with the rise of modern medicine, but survived 'underground' in the practices  of occultists and witches. In this talk, Rebecca will examine the Element of Water, and the Humour of Phlegm -- their mysteries, symbols and powers -- then giving guidance on how can be evoked and coaxed in a modern setting, so that they are working in one's favour today.
