Energy Work for Intuition – In-Person Workshop

Deepening intuitive awareness begins with a clearer relationship to energy – its flow, rhythms and stillness.

In this in-person workshop, Lucia Ring-Watkins teaches the principles of effective energy work. Through practical exercises, students learn how to increase and channel their intuitive sensitivity, ground successfully and navigate information overwhelm. Lucia also shares techniques for entering a state of 'flow', allowing students to experience more regular synchronicity and clearer insights about the path forward.

This workshop is ideal for those interested in psychic development or who identify as highly sensitive. Expect to explore a range of energetic tools rooted in Eastern traditions, including solo tai chi movements and the Daoist principle of wu wei (“doing without doing”), or living in flow.
