Major Arcana of the Marseille Tarot

The famed Marseille tarot is an iconic older tarot dating from the seventeenth century, and it is still the main tarot deck in France to this day. This four-part course introduces the 22 cards of major arcana. Students are immersed in the imagery of the deck, learn the history, and become familiar with how to read with it. The class is highly interactive and well-structured, so by the end of the course everyone is well on their way to doing readings. The tutor is an acknowledged expert and a professional tarot reader who is a warm, engaging teacher.

Please note: there will be a 1 week gap between class 2 & 3. The classes will run on the 2nd, 9th, 23rd & 30th June.

Adrien Mastrosimone, born and raised in Marseille in southern France, commenced learning the cards during his teens, going on to study under several of the masters of the famed Marseille deck. He is now an acknowledged expert in this traditional French system. He is a singer and dancer by profession, working for many years in opera and ballet companies across Europe.
