About The Event

This workshop is dedicated to abundance and prosperity, often just called 'money magic'. It's been performed down the ages, and Rebecca Beattie introduces a few of the traditions we find in Europe: treasure-finding rites in the grimoires, charms in folk magic, and workings in modern pagan witchcraft, particularly Wicca. The second half of the session is practical, so by the end, attendees will how to perform a few types wealth attraction spells.  Rebecca will demonstrate a piece of candle magic, a spell jar and a traditional money charm.

To join in: yellow or gold candle, a glass jar, some dried orange, orange flower water, something gold, some paper, some bay leaves, a green bag.

Rebecca Beattie brings an informative approach to her inclusive style or teaching, aimed at those starting out. A Wiccan priestess who apprenticed in her tradition over 15 years, she brings much lived experience and practical knowledge. She has an MA in Literature (London) and a doctorate in Creative Writing (Middlesex) with a dissertation on the modernist mystic Mary Webb. She is a published author with several books to her name.
