Tarot Magic Workshop I: Four Elements, Minor Arcana

Tarot Magic is a series of four workshops on how to use the tarot in magic. Each may be taken on its own, or they may be together as a set. In this session, Suzanne Corbie teaches the tarot's symbolic inclusion of the four elements of earth, air, fire and water. She also looks at the meanings of the minor arcana cards, the aces to tens.  From here the class turns to how to use them in ritual, divination, planetary magic, and spellcraft. Students will explore how to use the tarot card symbols in tandem with: 

• Scrying with water or a mirror 
• Candle magic
• Incense and knot magic
• Crystals and herb magic

Suzanne Corbie has been reading the cards for over 46 years, and she has been teaching tarot for two decades. She is a longstanding Wiccan priestess, and has an MA in Myth, Cosmology & the Sacred. In her professional life, she worked for many years in media production.

Those attending need to bring to the session: a tarot deck, a candle, a bowl of water, some incense, a crystal, and a piece of string or thin rope.
