Introduction to Magical Ritual – Class

From rites of passage to annual celebrations, ritual is an intrinsic part of the human experience.

In this class for early-stage explorers, a longstanding practitioner considers the effect that ritual has on the psyche, and how it can become a core component of a magical life. Rebecca examines different types of ceremony, from connecting with deities and spirits of the land to marking the changing seasons. She also gives participants guidance on designing their own rites for a range of occasions. If you’re looking to get started with ritual, or develop a greater appreciation of how it works, this class is for you.

The 'Ways Into Witchcraft' class series is dedicated to introducing beginners to different gateways into magic, with a particular focus on witchcraft and Wicca. Rebecca Beattie has spent over two decades practising witchcraft. A Wiccan priestess of 15 years, she has a rich understanding of the history and traditions underpinning pagan practice.
